What is included in table and chair rental?
his service provides professional-grade furniture for your event. We deliver tables and chairs neatly stacked to your location and pick them up after your event. Please note that equipment responsibility remains with the Renter from the moment of delivery until the moment of pickup.
Our standard rental includes delivery within a 3-hour window and professional pickup. Equipment is delivered stacked; if you require our crew to set up the chairs and tables in a specific layout, please see our "Setup & Teardown" service. Additional labor fees apply for stairs, difficult access, or long carry distances ($50 per 100 feet).
How much does table and chair rental cost?
Pricing depends on the quantity and type of furniture selected. Most of our customers save money by choosing a Package Deal, which bundles tables and chairs with a tent for the best value. To secure your date, a 25% non-refundable reservation payment is required, with the balance due 7 days before delivery.
Do you set up the tables and chairs for me?
By default, we deliver tables and chairs in neat stacks so you can arrange them as you like. However, we offer a Professional Setup & Teardown service for just $1 per item. If you add this service, our crew will handle the heavy lifting and layout for you, as well as restacking everything at the end of the night.
What is my responsibility for tables and chairs?
The Renter is responsible for the equipment throughout the rental period. Items must be returned in the same way they were delivered: neatly stacked. Chairs must be restacked on dollies (50 for non-padded / 25 for padded). If you did not purchase the Setup & Teardown service and the items are not stacked for pickup, a restacking fee will apply.
How should I stack chairs for pickup?
To avoid additional fees, please ensure chairs are stacked neatly on our dollies (50 non-padded / 25 padded). Because we deliver them stacked, they must be returned stacked. Failure to do so results in a restacking fee of $0.25 per chair. (Skip the hassle by adding our $1 per item teardown service!)
Any equipment damaged beyond repair is charged at full replacement cost. We recommend adding our optional Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage. Please note it does not cover theft, missing items, or negligence.
What if a chair is missing after my event?
The Renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of any stolen, lost, or unreturned equipment. Equipment not returned within 10 days of the event is considered permanently lost and will be billed accordingly.
Yes! An optional Damage Waiver is available to cover accidental damage during your event. It provides peace of mind, though it does not cover missing items or damage caused by prohibited use (like standing on chairs or using tape/staples on tables).
