Booking & Availability

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring and fall). However, we do accept last-minute bookings based on availability. For same-day or next-day canopy rentals, call us directly at 915-268-3997 to check availability. Our high-peak tents require more time for proper setup and safety measures, so they typically need at least 5-7 days' notice.
Absolutely! When you submit your quote request, let us know your preferred event date. We'll check availability and get back to you within 2 hours during business hours. A 25% non-refundable reservation payment secures your date, with the balance due 7 days before delivery.
Pop-up canopy rentals are available same-day, subject to inventory and team availability. However, our high-peak tent packages require professional installation and safety measures that take time, so they cannot be set up same-day. We recommend booking high-peak packages at least 5-7 days in advance.
Life happens! Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Depending on availability and how close to your event date, we may be able to move your reservation. Our team will work with you to find a solution.

Delivery & Setup

Yes! All our party packages include professional delivery within a 3-hour window and professional setup by our trained crew. We'll handle everythingβ€”delivery, installation, and teardownβ€”so you can focus on your guests.
We schedule delivery within a 3-hour window on your event date. For example, if you book a morning delivery, we'll arrive between 8am-11am. Exact times are not guaranteed, but we do our best to be punctual. Please make sure your site is ready and accessible when we arrive.
We primarily serve El Paso and surrounding areas up to 25 miles out. If your event is outside this range, contact us at 915-268-9773 to discuss options and potential additional fees.
Great question! Please let us know about any access challenges when you book. Additional labor fees may apply for stairs, extended carry distances (over 100 feet), or difficult terrain. We'll give you an accurate quote once we understand your site conditions.

Site Preparation & Installation

We can install our high-peak tents on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. On grass or dirt, we use ground stakes for secure anchoring. On asphalt or concrete, we use concrete ballast blocks. Please note that ballast blocks may cause minor surface scratching, which is normal and expected.
A 20x20 high-peak tent requires approximately a 25x25-foot level surface area for proper staking in grass or dirt. If you're unsure about your space, send us a photo or measurements when you request your quote, and we'll let you know if your location works.
Before our arrival, please clear all obstacles from the tent area, mark the tent placement location, and identify any underground utilities (sprinklers, gas lines, electrical). This is important for safety and ensures we can install quickly and properly. If your site isn't ready, additional labor fees may apply.
No problem! We can install tents on concrete using concrete ballast blocks. This is actually very common for parking lots, patios, and other hard surfaces. The ballast blocks are heavy and secure, and they may leave minor pressure marks on the concrete, which is normal.

Weather & Safety

Our high-peak tents are designed to handle moderate rainfall and are built for El Paso's wind conditions. However, no temporary structure can guarantee protection against extreme weather like severe storms, hail, or flooding. Outdoor events carry inherent weather risk, and you assume responsibility for weather-related decisions.
Our high-peak tents are designed with tensioned vinyl tops that shed water and reduce pooling. Light to moderate rain is typically not a problem. However, heavy rainfall may cause water pooling, and we cannot guarantee complete protection. If you're concerned about rain, we recommend event insurance.
Our commercial-grade high-peak tents are engineered for El Paso's wind conditions. Without sidewalls, they're safe in sustained winds up to 25-30 mph, with mandatory takedown at gusts of 40 mph or greater. With sidewalls, the safe range is 20-25 mph sustained wind. Pop-up canopies have lower wind limits (12-18 mph without sidewalls).
If severe weather warnings or high-wind alerts are in effect, we may need to delay installation or cancel setup for safety reasons. We offer a Windy Day Protection Plan that gives you peace of mindβ€”if severe weather makes it unsafe to set up on your scheduled date, we'll waive cancellation fees and let you reschedule for free.

Pricing & Packages

All our party packages include the tent(s), tables, chairs, tablecloths, professional delivery within a 3-hour window, professional setup, and professional teardown. Prices shown include tax. There are no hidden feesβ€”what you see is what you pay.
Absolutely! If our standard packages don't fit your needs exactly, we can create a custom package just for you. Let us know your guest count, preferences, and any special requests when you submit your quote, and we'll build something perfect for your event.
Yes! We offer an optional Damage Waiver that covers accidental damage during your event. It provides peace of mind and protects you from unexpected repair costs. The waiver does not cover theft, missing items, or damage from prohibited use (like open flames or cooking under the tent).

Equipment Responsibility & Liability

You assume full responsibility for all equipment from the moment of delivery until pickup. This includes keeping the tent secure, preventing damage, and ensuring nothing is stolen. We recommend keeping an eye on the equipment throughout your event.
Please do not cook or use open flames under or near the tentβ€”this is a serious fire hazard. Do not remove sidewalls or modify the structure. Do not use staples, nails, tacks, pins, or tape on the tent vinyl or equipment. Do not stand on chairs or tables. These prohibited actions can result in full replacement costs.
If equipment is damaged beyond repair due to normal use, you're responsible for the full replacement cost. However, if you purchased our optional Damage Waiver, it covers accidental damage. The waiver does not cover damage from prohibited use, theft, or negligence.

Insurance & Support

Yes! EP Fiesta carries general liability insurance for all tent and party rental operations. We're fully licensed and insured to operate in El Paso.
Absolutely! If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance, we can provide one with at least 5 business days' notice. Just let us know when you book, and we'll make sure it's ready for your event.
